What we collect
Your name, contact details, property address and any access notes you give us, plus booking history and payment status. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never touch our servers.
Why we hold it
To quote, schedule and carry out the work, to take payment, and to keep the records HMRC requires. We do not sell data or share it for marketing.
Who processes it
Supabase (booking database), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Google (calendar scheduling) and Vercel (hosting). Each acts as a processor under our instructions.
How long we keep it
Booking and invoice records for six years to meet tax rules. Access notes and key codes are deleted within 30 days of your last booking.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to keep. Email hello@sparclean-property-services.co.uk and we will respond within 30 days.
